other information. "Personal Data" means any data that allows us
(regardless, whether we do this or not) to identify you (also "User")
as a natural person.
Your privacy is important to us and we

_ What information
we collect and why.
_ How we use and
share that information.
_ How you can
access and update that information.
By using the Service, you consent to
the collection and use of the Personal Data and other information as outlined
in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated by

and if you have any questions, feel free to contact us at two4tea.company@gmail.com.
2. How do we collect information?
2.1. Via the User
When you use the Service, we collect
some of your data, such as:

phone book contacts, photos (including those which have been deleted from your
profile), videos/GIFs and other media files, information about your interests

Personal Data from that social media website. Information may also be provided

problem with the Service etc.
_ Data that we
generate from your use of the Service. For example: data regarding the pages
you visit, your interaction with other users, posts you share and data
regarding the use of the Service functionality.
_ When you activate
paid functions of the Service: data we or our third-party service providers use
for invoicing, delivery and payment of our paid functionality. We do not
collect or store full credit card number information, though we may receive
credit card-related information to help process future payments and summary
information about transactions that does not include credit card or bank
account numbers.
We may collect and store personal data
about other people that you provide to us, such as their name, phone number,
address and email address. If you use our Service to send others (friends,
relatives, colleagues, etc.) a product as a gift or refer the Service to them,
we may store your personal information, and the personal information of each
such recipient in order to process those requests or facilitate future
activities.
2.2. Via technical resources
While providing the Service we use
various technical resources, which optimize the user experience and the
functionality of the Service. The data that we collect by using those technical
resources are:

social media platforms and encourage you to review their usage and disclosure
policies and practices, including the data security practices, before using the
social media platforms.
_ Your location (if
your device settings are enabled to send it to us). In addition, your
(probable) location can be stated on a geographical map based on your IP
address.
We may use standard Internet
technology, such as web beacons and other similar technologies, to track your
use of our Service. We also may include web beacons in advertisements or email
messages to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon. The
information we obtain in this manner enables us to customize the Service we
offer our visitors and users to deliver targeted advertisements and to measure
the overall effectiveness of our online advertising, content, programming or
other activities. We may also use Google Cloud Vision API or other similar
services to detect inappropriate content (e.g. adult or violent content) in the
photographs you download. That enables us to provide safe user experience for
you by identifying any undesirable user behavior.
2.3. Via external partners
We may allow third-party partners,
including our authorized service providers, analytics providers, advertising
companies and ad networks, to use "cookies" and other similar
technologies to collect information about how the Service, advertisements, and
email are viewed and accessed. We do not provide any Personal Data to these
third parties. This information allows us to learn more about how the Service
is used and for them to deliver targeted advertisements and gauge their
effectiveness. Our partners also may collect information about your online
activities over time, on other devices, and on other websites or online
services when they also use our partners' services. When they provide such
services, they are governed by their own privacy policies.

We collect your Personal Data and other
information to give every User of the Service a safe, optimal and personal user
experience. We may use information that we collect for the following purposes:

other users. We process your data in a unique user profile that will be visible
for other users, visitors of the platform.

are specialized in successful matching. Our results are more accurate and more

of platform functionality by analysis and interpretation of user statistics. We
are happy to make use of new techniques to improve and renew our products and
services.
_ Advertising.
Advertising allows us to provide you the rich content available on the Service.
Some ads are based on the content of pages you are viewing elsewhere on the
internet (i.e. online behavioral advertising). We
believe that such tailored ads are more relevant to you and, therefore, more
desirable.
_ The detection of,
and protection against fraud, errors and/or criminal behavior
and breaches of our code of conduct. This is necessary in order to be able to
offer a secure and a high-performance platform. Although we do not usually read
or monitor the messages sent or received by you via the Service, we reserve the
right to access and view such messages to detect any fraud or other illegal and
undesirable user behavior, perform background checks
on users or take any legally required actions. For instance, that may happen if
we receive numerous complaints from the users on the content of the messages
received from you.
_ General member
management and carrying out our paid services. By this we mean any action
necessary to ensure proper service to our users. We use information to
personalize the Service for you, such as to select the payment processor
available to you, determine eligibility for promotions, and show you
personalized advertisements.
Some of the data we receive can, due to
their nature, be qualified as "sensitive". Sensitive data is data
considering your health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious
or philosophical beliefs, sexuality and identity. Users are not required to
share sensitive Personal Data on their profiles, but they can choose to do so.
Sensitive Personal Data will only be processed in function of previous
mentioned objectives.
During the registration process, the

is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal
activities, fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the safety of
any person.

with Two4Tea (in which case we will require such
entities to honor this Privacy Policy).

We may anonymize or aggregate data
collected through the Service and use and disclose it for any purpose.
